PWSA and the Penn State Center Pittsburgh host Green Stormwater Infrastructure Technical Workshop Series

Join PWSA and the Penn State Center Pittsburgh for the Green Stormwater Infrastructure Technical Workshop Series to be held on the mornings of March 26, April 30 and May 14.  The first workshop will be a panel discussion of various professionals who will describe numerous local projects and lessons learned for future development of green stormwater infrastructure (GSI).  This is your opportunity to find out what GSI techniques have worked best.  The second workshop will be presented by Matt Graham, Founding Partner of Landbase Systems.  Through this session, Matt will inform how to optimize the placement of GSI with relation to his GOAL Process.  The final workshop will focus on different monitoring techniques that can be implemented to confirm the benefits of GSI.

Each workshop is worth 2.5 Professional Development Hours (PDH) with the series providing 7.5 PDH.  Each session will cost $75 with a discount if you sign up for the series.  Student cost is $35 each or $90 for the series.  All workshops will be held at the new Energy Innovation Center, (formerly the Connelley Vo-Tech School); 1435 Bedford Avenue.   Free parking is available at the lower end of the building which is adjacent to the new glass entrance.  Please enter here and follow the signs to the classroom.  Registration and continental breakfast will begin at 8:30 am and the program will begin promptly at 9:00 am.
