This residential complex consists of three apartment-style residence halls. Features include two permeable gravel parking lots, a recycled rubber roof, geothermal wells and ground-source heat pumps. Low-flow fixtures contribute to a 43% reduction in water use. A green building education program is supported by student-generated reports and posters.

The facilities are near bus line that loops the campus with two bus lines within a 1/4 mile. The complex provides covered bicycle storage for 15% of residents.
