LEED for Homes Lunch and Learn

Have you always wondered how LEED for Homes is different from the rest of the LEED rating systems?

Now is your chance to learn from the expert first-hand for this lunch and learn. Learn from the best, Michael Merck, a regional Green Rater that has registered and certified projects. During this session you will gain insight on the LEED for Homes certification process and what it means to be a Green Rater. This session is for residential contractors, design professionals and home owners. Join us for lunch and earn GBCI CEU’s.

Course Objectives:
• Identify the types of of appropriate project types that are eligible for LEED for Homes
• Understand the key stakeholders involved in the LEED for Homes certification process
• Gain insight on a Green Raters Role in a LEED for Homes project
• Identify synergistic credit opportunities

Lunch is includes a sandwich from Carson Street Deli, fruit, pretzels and a drink.

This session is approved for 1 GBCI general CEU.  GBA members get automatic GBCI reporting.  Non-members can self report after the course.
