Over the past three years, the AIA-MBA Joint Committee has hosted quarterly discussions that focused on improving the construction industry delivery process. The Joint Committee’s titled “Construction Owner Roundtables” featured discussion that concentrated on construction project milestones. Attendees at these meetings would provide input, sharing best practices, and from each session we captured the major points and featured them in The Project Collaboration Best Practices Guide.
On the night of Wednesday, March 30, at the Master Builders’ Association, the AIA-MBA Joint Committee would like to open our doors and invite the region’s construction industry for a reception and collaboration discussion so that we can share highlights from the Guide and the practical and specific recommendations contained within it that enable higher levels of collaboration in construction.
