As community director, Dana leads GBA’s membership efforts. This includes relationship-building with existing members, as well as soliciting new ones. She is also the liaison to other U.S. Green Building Council Chapters and 2030 Districts with respect to membership and sponsorship.
Prior to coming to GBA, Dana was an account manager for Matrix Solutions, a Pittsburgh-based software company. During her 10-year tenure there, she sold a web-based CRM (customer relations management) product, developed and drove an account strategy plan, and trained customers and ensured their overall satisfaction. That position enabled Dana to see quite a bit of the U.S., thanks to on-site visits she needed to make to customers around the country. Non-profit experience comes from her time working in membership at the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership.
Dana earned her B.S. in Business Management from Grove City College and is currently working towards her LEED Green Associate credential.
