Kevin currently serves as senior vice president, directory of property management for Avison Young. He was previously with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Pittsburgh (formerly Grubb & Ellis Management Services, Inc.) for over 26 years. During this time there, he handled property, asset, and portfolio management responsibilities of retail, industrial, Class A, B, and C office, warehouse, and residential real estate. As AVP senior portfolio manager, he oversaw a 13-building portfolio consisting of over two million square feet in Pittsburgh’s central business district and west and south suburbs. His diverse client base included investment firms, sole proprietors, limited partnerships, and government agencies. Additionally, Kevin has completed several consulting assignments that include asset reviews, operating audits, site assessments, and landlord/tenant escalation analysis.
A Pittsburgh native, Kevin graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Resources. A Real Property Administrator (RPA) and LEED AP, he is a member of the Allegheny County Green Action Team and Urban Land Institute, while also currently serving as president of the Pittsburgh Chapter of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and on the board of the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership(PDP). He was a member of the Grubb & Ellis Green Team and instrumental in the development of the company’s national sustainability platform.
