Erik is a construction and project manager with AECOM at a Norfolk Southern site in Altoona, PA, where he oversees multiple contracts designed to increase energy efficiency and resiliency. Prior to working for AECOM, he spent four years in various faculty and staff positions at Pennsylvania State University in the colleges of business and engineering. He retired from the United State Marine Corps in 2013 after 22 years of enlisted and officer service.
Erik holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Penn State and a Master of Arts degree in Human Relations from Oklahoma University. He is presently serving on the GBA board through the Community Leadership Course for Veterans, a program of Leadership Pittsburgh.
