With the growth of Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business came the need to expand space. The new addition consists of three stories. The first includes a new entrance and lobby as well as a student lounge. The second floor incorporates faculty offices, open space, and a small conference room. The third floor includes a 2,000 square foot conference center.

Energy & Atmosphere
A regenerative drive elevator has been placed in the exisiting elevator shaft of the space. Controlled lighting systems help reduce the need for energy.
Indoor Environmental Quality
Daylighting gives indoor occupants views of the nearby Schenley Park and the adjacent Peace Garden on campus. Carbon Monoxide monitoring is throughout the building to provide for proper indoor air quality.
